The Heninger Toyota Service Centre sets a new standard for automotive service centres.
Heninger Toyota came to us with a need to develop a new, high-capacity service centre that would attract clients and staff alike. To achieve this, we knew that we would need to design a building that would raise the bar for customer and staff amenities, and for sustainability.
We worked closely with Heninger Toyota to ensure our design reflected their ambitions to have a state of the art facility.
As a result, the Heninger Toyota Service Centre is now one of Canada’s biggest and best. The building includes over 100,000 square feet of floor area with more than 50 vehicle bays.
Our design uses green technologies and materials to create an energy efficient building with superlative features and comforts for both staff and clients.
The Heninger Toyota Service Centre is designed with insulated concrete form (ICF) wall construction. This technology provides excellent acoustic and thermal insulating properties in a simplified wall assembly.
The Centre also uses natural gas co-generation of electricity, along with in-floor heating powered by a low-emission waste oil boiler.
